By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this document.

The Client must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

The Artist reserves the right to decline any request without needing to justificate.

Payment must be made in full before the start of the art production.

The payment can also be split 50/50, with 50% due before the sketch and the remaining 50% after the sketch, this applies to orders exceeding $160.

Three significant revisions will be granted without additional charges in the initial phases. Additional revisions will incur fees, the amount of which will be negotiated with the Client.

The client has two days to make the payment when it's their turn in the queue. If payment is not made within this time, their turn will be skipped. If payment is still not received on the second attempt, the commission will be canceled.

Refunds are guaranteed in cases of deposits with incorrect amounts.

Cancellations initiated by the Artist will result in a full refund to the Client.

If the Artist terminates a commission due to inappropriate behavior by the Client (such as harassment, excessive rudeness, or overstepping boundaries), the payment will not be refunded, and the Client will be placed on a blacklist, preventing any future orders.

If the client does not respond to the artist within 4 days, the commission will be canceled, and the payment will not be refunded.

The Artist will provide updates primarily during the initial sketch, finalized sketch, line art, base color, and finished art stages.

Additional updates will be sent if the artist deems it necessary or upon the Client's request.

Major modifications are accepted only during the sketch phase. Afterward, only minor corrections are allowed.

The average production time is one week, subject to change based on the complexity of the request.

Copyright of the artwork remains with the Artist, while the Client receives a usage license as agreed upon.

The Artist may display the artwork in their portfolio or promotional endeavors unless the Client requests otherwise.

The artwork will be published unless the Client requests confidentiality, which will carry an additional fee of $20. Exceptions apply for "Your Character Here" (YCH).

Incidences of aggression, harassment, or blackmail will result in contract termination. Offending Clients will not be accepted for future services.

Slots are organized on a first-come, first-served basis. I do not accept additional payments or bribes to skip the queue. Please wait your turn, as it will come in due time.

To secure your slot, you must pay a non-refundable advance payment of $10. This amount won't be refunded if you cancel or change the art concept.

Slot availability and queue progress will be updated periodically on my furaffinity

The client pays for their character and for my character's portion of the artwork.

The client can do whatever they want with me, just ask first

I reserve the right to refuse the commission if I don't like the idea.

Extra charges may apply for complex details like wings, scales, prosthetics, robotic parts, etc. Prices can be discussed.

Clothes are free unless they are alts.
